Condition: Pre-owned, very good. Comes with a box and a brand card. 
Exterior: Shape is relaxed a bit due to wear. Slight scratches and stains at exterior. Slight creasing at corners. A white stain at the bottom, most likely removable if taken to a spa. Scratches at hardware, slightly noticeable. You can see it on the CC buckle and along the strap. Slight indentation throughout; however, not even visible but since the bag is preowned it is worth to mention a possibility of it. 
Interior: Stains and scratches at interior, noticeable at the flap, on the inner pockets, and at the base. Residue due to storage conditions and usage. No odor.
